Service Description
GameClub is a free weekly gaming space designed to give young people a safe place to play, connect, and grow. Each session includes fun gaming, social time, and opportunities to build confidence, teamwork, and digital skills. Spots are limited each week, so bookings are first come, first served. Once all spaces are filled, you can join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot becomes available. Open to youth aged 9–20, GameClub provides a positive environment where gaming meets purpose and young people feel supported and included.

Cancellation Policy
GameClub Booking Policy Bookings for GameClub operate on a first come, first served basis due to limited spaces available each week. Weekly Bookings Bookings open every Sunday at 6:00pm for the upcoming Thursday session. Each participant must be booked in weekly to secure a spot. Limited Spaces Each GameClub session has a limited number of spaces available. Once all spaces are filled, participants will have the option to join the waitlist. Waitlist If a session is full, you may join the waitlist. If a space becomes available, families on the waitlist may be notified and offered the spot. Cancellations If your child is unable to attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible. This allows another young person on the waitlist the opportunity to attend. Late Bookings Bookings close at 2:00pm on the day of the session to allow staff time to prepare attendance lists and ensure safe supervision. Attendance Responsibility Children must be signed in and signed out by a parent or approved guardian unless prior arrangements have been made. Fair Access To ensure fair access for all families, bookings are limited to available spaces only. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in future bookings being reviewed.
